The special ingredient in our popcorn on Popcorn Fridays are the parent volunteers that run the machine during the three lunch periods. The typical time commitment is from 12:00 pm to 1:30 pm or 1:30 pm to 3:00 pm. Volunteers can choose when and how often they want to pop; once a month, every other month, whatever works best for each volunteer’s schedule. Training sessions are held periodically!
Please give it a try – it is a wonderful way to meet other Discovery parents as well as spend time getting to know the students and staff at Discovery!
