Celebration Happening May 2 - 6, 2022

We’re happy to let you know that your Discovery PTSA will be celebrating STAFF APPRECIATION WEEK Monday, May 2 through Friday, May 6, 2022.

While we applaud our Discovery staff every day of the year, Staff Appreciation Week gives us the opportunity to pull out all the stops, including giving all staff handcrafted coffees, a catered lunch, and a “garden” of staff appreciation notes!

How can you help? By making an individual show of support!

Discovery teachers and staff would love to hear from your family as part of Staff Appreciation Week. Some ideas on ways to share your gratitude include:

• Have your student draw a card for their teacher or favorite staff member.
• Even if your student wrote a flower note for our “garden”, they are welcome and encouraged to write more notes of thank
• Give a gift card to show a little extra recognition. Check out of "Staff Favorites" list for ideas.
• Help us stock the staff lounge with snacks and treats.

  • OR make a donation HERE and we will do the shopping for you.
• Bring flowers or plants in to brighten up the classroom — and everyone’s day
